Medical Director - Specialist in Ayurveda Gynecology and Infertility

Dr. Hridya is a leading Ayurvedic specialist in the UAE with over 15 years of international experience. Originally from Kerala, she is the first MOH-licensed Ayurveda gynecology specialist in the Middle East, known for her patient-focused, natural treatment approach.

She specializes in women’s wellness, infertility, pain and spinal disorders, and cosmetology. Dr. Hridya holds a Master’s in Ayurvedic Gynaecology from Rajiv Gandhi University and is a certified infertility expert from Kottakkal Ayurveda School of Excellence. She’s also trained in Dry Needling Therapy and Muscular Trigger Point Release, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Ayurvedic Cosmetology.

Dr Kadeejathul Thameema Parali BAMS

Dr Kadeejathul Thameema Parali, is a DHA licensed Ayurveda Practitioner with over 5 years of experience. She completed her BAMS( Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) and graduated from Santhigiri Ayurveda Medical College Palakkad, affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). She is a compassionate and efficient doctor who approaches her patients in a holistic way to give them both curative and preventive care. Her expertise in finding the root cause of the ailments helps in channelizing proper treatment plan tailoring the unique needs of patients.

She is specialized in Ayurveda cosmetology and Trichology. Her areas of excellence on other areas includes pain management, rheumatic care, musculoskeletal ailments,skin conditions, PCOD, menstrual irregularities, and metabolic disorders. She also focuses on lifestyle management, diet and nutrition, psychological support for ensuring overall health of the patient.
