What kind of oils are used in Janu Vasti?
We use a variety of specially prepared medicated herbal oils and ghritas (ghees) such as Mahanarayana Thailam, Dhanwantaram Thailam, Sahacharadi Thailam, Kottamchukkadi Thailam, and other formulations based on your individual constitution (Prakriti) and the specific nature of your knee condition (Vikriti).
